Most of the Scams online in india originate mostly from Gujarat. that has been my personal experience.
So people if you get any offers from Gujarat be careful.

Contact your bank and ask them to reverse the payment.
It's not easy as he's the one who have sent payment. They will ask for FIR etc.

unfortunately no i was unaware of that escrow stuff how it works on localbitcoins as he have 100% feedback so i decided to dealt with him.i will also aware all myfriend here please don't deal without escrow.
