The OP tells, that he want to invite a friend with a big money and wants to get some percent from his bets. So it will be at least one active gambler. And, as i understand, the OP don`t plan to gamble by itself and doesn`t interest in other bonuses, like VIP program or welcome bonus, except bonuses that increase referral percent.

As for me the best choice is to choose known casino with not the best referral program, but without scam. Even if you will get 1% from your friend`s bets - it will be better if your friend will lose everything with help of the cheaters. In such way you can lose a friend and have problems with him deciding who is responsible for the loss of money.

Don't blindly choose a random/new bookmaker which offering insane referral bonus, instead pick the reputable and trustworthy bookmaker even the referral bonus are less than the random/new bookmaker. This because the random/new bookmaker can just scam you and not paying the bonus, there're some cases like this in scam accusations. So, I advice just choose the reputable ones.

As for me, you have to be a well-known person to get good profit from your referrals. For the standard gambler it will not give much money, of course if he doesn`t want to cheat. And for the main bookies the referral system looks the same. Big referral bonus can give an unknown bookie or a scam. In any way for me the best choice is the known bookie with the standard referral system.

Or he will be creating a review site for which this referral will be used for users to register. Not sure really what he plans to do with referral system but if he is a content creator like blogger, it must be the reason for him asking this. Hard work but it must pay good if the review site ranks well.

Cheating on referral is hard to do. They do have tracker for which they tend to look at where the traffic is from. If admin sees it don't add up, your account will be disabled.

I agree with you in this one. It's not about the total of referred gamblers but it is all about how active they are in gambling on the site that op will refer. Well, if op have lots of gamblers to refer and most of it are active then op can get commission from each of the referred gamblers. I would suggest sportsbet.io as they have a nice referral system.
