Yes, I'm an asshole

I've reached their live support, twice, back on 4th September, asking for a contact, of which I got directed to their support email. I wrote and brought the thread in question into their "awareness" through the email [not sure they've read my email or it got lost, hence the quote mark], and due to the non-responsive-ness for a week, I reached their live support again just few minutes ago, asking for them to address my email and they promised me a 24-48 hours response as my request has been escalated to their senior management. So let's wait a little bit more, shall we?

p.s.: that message of mine that's sent after they said 24-48h, it's the case where I typed and she typed and I send my response as shown snipped just heartbeats after she sent that 24-48h response.

That is a complicated case because Roobet direct representative account is inactive for months and only the third party representative is active and I don't think he can do anything on that case because the live chat with the Op there shows that they can't do anything and the conversation between the Op and the live chat agent indicate that the Op operated two accounts, one account had 3000$ and the affiliate account had 1500 referrals. The only thing Hhampuz can do is to direct the thread to them and nothing more.  If they were active it would have been easy to know the reasons but campaign manager doesn't know the internal management of the casino and he only render his services to them.

There's little to nothing Hhampuz can do in this case, it's left for the OP(accused) to convince Roobet otherwise.
Wrong. The Roobet signature campaign has been running, and Hhampuz is their campaign manager. That means he must be in touch with the Roobet team. So he can ask the team to respond on the thread from his side. Anyone can misuse freedom of speech and make allegations on the forum. Regarding allegations, the team should respond and let us know what's the story behind of the allegation. Hhampuz has nothing to do with the allegation, but can contact the team definitely.
It’s probably part of the campaign manager’s responsibility to contact the official rep if there’s a scam accusation that looks legit. Not saying Hhampuz should be the one to answer unless he's part of the internal team, but since Roobet has been around for a while and is  even very generous with prizes, especially with their drawing contests, they’ll likely address the issue.

Has anyone reached out to Hhampuz? I’m sure he’d respond since I’ve seen him handle concerns with other casinos before IIRC, and he was quick to respond.

The job of a manager is to manage the campaign participants not to intervene in every case opened by a newbie. The company’s rep is responsible for handling queries related to the service.
If things go south and service is guilty then stopping to manage the campaign is good unless you can defend it with your influence.

I’m not saying he’ll intervene, but he could at least make sure the official rep gets in touch to respond. If Roobet's reputation gets ruined, it’ll affect him and the campaign participants since no one’s going to promote a proven scam casino. So it’s better to handle this early on, and since it’s just one accusation, it’s probably a minor issue they can resolve. But if they don’t reply, how do we interpret that?

Yes, I'm an asshole
Stumbled upon this thread when I raked through Ninjastic the second time to find an active representative of the casino. I am in agreement with what Igebotz said above, that, to a length of a degree, there shouldn't be anything their CM [any casino and the CM they hired to manage their campaign here] should do about this, but... as I hit a dead-end with my own pursuit of a contact of Roobet...

OP, have you send Hhampuz a PM? I don't want to trouble him and "spam" his inbox with redundancies inquiring the same info, given my opinion about CM and cases, if you've already asked him.

[...] How can the person prove beyond every reasonable doubt that it is the casinos accusation is false. It is literally their the casino's word against theirs or however they say it.

This is why a situation on the scam accusations board require evidence, to validate the statement and the basis of the accusation [the "against theirs" part]. And actually [at least this is how I approach situations provided on that board] we approach cases on that board with a grain of scepticism, the whole basket of "questions everything", a pinch of "every party hides something", and a splash of whodunnit spirit, which applied to both sides simultaneously, both parties need to "actively prove" that other side is the one wronged them.

Someone posted a topic about Roobet yesterday. I noticed there was non-active discussion going on that thread. I wanted to refer the person to contact Roobet official representative on this forum but I saw absolutely-positioned which was last active on March 31, 2023, 04:51:57 PM.

This is the thread that I am referring to Roobet scammed me and robbed me

Roobet having another official representative on this forum or you think the discussion does not worth it?

From the link you posted, the roobet team has already contacted them via email and explained why his/her account was closed. Most of these users create multiple accounts to sabotage casino sign-up bonuses, and when they are caught, they come here to cry and refuse to tell the truth.( Just generalizing common problems with bonuses) Not sure what you expect the roobet team on the forum to respond in this scenario.

I read the thread and was just wondering because there was similar thread but with another casino why do these things happen?  Has there ever been a case like this that was resolved? I know I have read one time on the forum where someone has a similar issue. How can the person prove beyond every reasonable doubt that it is the casinos accusation is false. It is literally their the casino's word against theirs or however they say it.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/absolutely-positioned-2688418 this guy was their official rep all the way til 2023 when he last logged in. He may still be running the show but hasn't logged on here for awhile now. Hhampuz is your best bet as he still does some promotion for them and has some contacts there.
