everyone saying EtherDelta is a crappy exchange......but my ass has bought over 200+ PLUs for $1.40.......great deal compared having to buy p2p with someone on their slack channel ($4.00+)

there's not a lot of volume though. and its PLU/ETH - looks like coinmarketcap is showing the value in ETH instead of BTC.
and etherdelta does not match in order book:
