I DO NOT REQUIRE KYC AND WILL NEVER ASK FOR IT.
NO KYC EXCHANGE = MIXER.
Adding those statements together, this makes your exchange a mixer. I take it that wasn't your intention.

It definitely was not my intention.
I am very cautious due to recent events in the mixer industry.

I won't lie to you. I believe in freedom of choice. I really like DEXs without the KYC requirement, not for money laundering purposes.
I will create a DEX swap without KYC, but it will take time as I manage different projects.
Be careful. I don't know where you are from, but something tells me you are from the US. And when I say the US, I mean the TSA (the Tyrannical States of America). You said that you are a popular influencer. Perhaps you are thinking of connecting your real name to your upcoming DEX. Dictatorships, like the US, have changed course and want to make example of bitcoiners and those not in sync with their goals. Would be a shame if the exchange becomes a great success and your name ends up on a warrant.

Not a US citizen. Im a ukrainian.

I have a decent volume per day (around 50K-100K per day), but I'm thinking of disconnecting from ChangeNOW as I want to avoid any mistakes that could lead to a KYC.
What do you envision the future for PNNV.com to be like? Remember when I asked you about ChipMixer and Sinbad coins, you said you didn't want to be associated with that. But by distancing yourself from ChangeNOW for KYC reasons, does that mean no chances for KYC in the future regardless of the origin of funds? Or will unwanted coins still be rejected using a different algorithm?

I'm still using ChangeNOW as a partner.

So far, I have had only one case of KYC requirements. I dealt directly with the company and sent the customer my own funds.

I'm known on Twitter (I won't share my handle on this forum), but I'm considered an influencer, and they're marketing with me as well.

I remember mentioning it.
First, you collect a clientele (a permanent base) and then switch to your exchange software and get 100% profit instead of the interest rate from ChangeNOW.
This is 100% properly invested effort and time, I will be glad to use your exchanger as soon as you get rid of ChangeNOW
Keep developing!

You can't send Bitcoin to any exchange and receive different bitcoin back, so exchanges are not a mixer by definition.
Exchanges shouldn't be considered mixers. I agree with that. But you are getting different coins back if you perform a swap before withdrawing. Deposit bitcoin, swap it for a different asset, and then after some time, swap the received asset for bitcoin again and withdraw. You are not going to get the same BTC back that you initially deposited. I am not saying that the exchange won't see what you did and what you swapped, but they are different BTC UTXOs.

NO KYC EXCHANGE = MIXER.
You can't put a ''mixer'' sticker on anything you want  Roll Eyes
Bisq is open source decentralized exchange without any kyc and it's not a mixer.
You can't send Bitcoin to any exchange and receive different bitcoin back, so exchanges are not a mixer by definition.
Some third party partners can also make any bitcoin risky, even if it's coming from casinos and gambling, that is silly and it makes bitcoin fungibility questionable.

I'm not sure if I understood correctly, but it seems that pnnv no longer does the exchange as a Changenow partner but in its management. Or it has yet to be implemented. Perhaps AgentF should explain clearly.
I think they are still a ChangeNOW partner service. The post you quoted from agentF is a work in progress the way I understood it. He is thinking about implementing the swap in a different way, which wouldn't involve a 3rd party. But I don't think that he has already done it.

Based on the information I know about ChangeNOW, they will freeze the crypto they don't like. You first have to provide them the information they want to get it back. Please correct me if I am wrong here as well. If I am not wrong, how is it then that you can get them back if the person making the exchange refuses to undergo KYC or share any information about SoF?

EDIT: title has been edited im also working on my own solution without involving 3rd party providers.

How about someone knows your address, they have "dirty" money, they sent a little amount to your address and your all coin become "dirty". I guess as we progress, as the days are going - we are becoming more paranoid. There is a scary environment everywhere. :-(

You have a right point here.
Thanks to the high fees, I now pay much more attention to Coin control when sending, so I have more chances to avoid this scenario.

For example, I do not regularly check whether the Bitcoin I received is "dirty" or not. I know that I got it lawfully, but now I have to worry about whether the exchange to whom I trusted and sent my money will seize them because they estimated that someone once used the same Bitcoin for illegal things.

The honest reason is a 3rd party exchange will most likely ask for KYC and Source of funds.
That's the confusing part. Why would they ask for KYC if the coins go through your accounts/addresses where you already completed KYC with them? If the coins go to ChangeNOW through you, the service sees whatever real name is behind the agentF username as the person making the deposit. It's tied to your name, or am I wrong?

Kindly provide me with mixers that have been active since 2018. Even Xmr.To is closed.
Mixtum - 2018
Cryptomixer - 2016
Coinomize - 2019

Jambler has provided API for mixers since 2018, I wouldn't be surprised if they have a partner from the beginning but unknown to us.

I mentioned that I don't want to be affiliated with ChipMixer
I never scammed anyone on this forum and always dealt with 3rd part services on my own.
Chipmixer was not closed because it deceived anyone, but it was closed by the authorities because it was allegedly used for money laundering. A similar thing happened a few days ago with the Samurai wallet.

Since mixers has been closed on a daily basis.
Maybe you got that impression, but some mixers have been active since 2018, for example. Also, now I would list more exchanges that are closed than mixers. (I mean functional services)

NO KYC EXCHANGE = MIXER.
This is a very bad statement, sounds like it's coming from the feds. Everything that is no-kyc must be illegal and bad. I cannot agree with this at all.
In the end, KYC does not have to exclusively refer to exchanges, but also to other types of services.

And still im not require any KYC unless you send dirty money and the 3rd party will ask for documents.
As I said in the previous post, you should probably have all the terms of use of your platform published publicly. Users must be informed and agree to the rules of your exchange. Especially if the third party can stop the exchange process and ask for additional requests.
To me, this looks like a potential problems in the announcement, because pnnv will be in direct conflict with the user while having very little or almost no influence on solving the problem.

I am actually a well-known influencer on X (Twitter). I just don't want to reveal my identity (if you know, you know...).

100% of my customers who have sent dirty money used in scams and/or phishing have gotten their money back. I mentioned that I don't want to be affiliated with ChipMixer

stop with this "sounds like its coming from the feds" attitude and trying ruin my repution.

Can we understand this as a certain change in business?
There used to be claims like this:
I don't need to disclaimer as I have full access to solve any problem that may occur.

I DO NOT REQUIRE KYC AND WILL NEVER ASK FOR IT.

If you use chagneNOW they may ask for it not on my platform.

no-KYC requirements are a very important feature for every exchanger and an option that raises service above the competition. It should probably have defined conditions now, as far as I can see, there is nothing about the terms of use.

NO offense, i dont want to get invovled with ChipMixer or Sinbad.
None taken. It's your service, so you decide how you want to run it. But I am asking what would happen if you receive funds you or your partners deem "not clean" or "not clean enough". Will you recognize them as such and send them back? Or, do the coins go from your wallet to the instant exchange service where they might get frozen and a KYC check will be asked?

The honest reason is a 3rd party exchange will most likely ask for KYC and Source of funds.
