My only question is, how will the trade go down? Will you be using escrow?  Or meeting face to face?

Unsure yet. To be honest though I don't see the need for an escrow, I already have almost 5k Bitcoin from others invested in the site, of which I just divested close to 500 to reduce this amount. So I think it's safe to assume you could trust to just send the amount to me then I transfer the assets.

But something could be arranged if needed.

Without escrow who would go first? Will you receive the payment and then send the ownership of the site? Then the buyer would risk that you are a hacked account only. Of course you could prove the ownership by signing a message with an old posted address.

Besides that... i agree it will be hard to get an escrow for that amount of money. It's fearsome to hold that much i imagine. And even established escrows might run since it might be that that amount of money is enough to throw their morals over board.

As i believe Dean is located in the U.K and if we were to make a deal for the sale of prcdice, i would be willing to go to the U.K and bring my legal team to get the exchange done properly.

I have no intention of buying this (so feel free to answer or ignore) but im curious if you have all the paperwork already prepared in case of sale.  If so, how detailed is it?

I AM A SCAMMER
Wow... PROOF dean is a greedy bitch,  2k btc for a site somebody can make themselves, after profiting damn near a mil within a year... now he wants another half a mil on top of that for his scam site...

Are people never content anymore, or just greedy as fuck?  Never can have enough can you?

I will laugh if anybody bids on this.
Dean didnt make that much, the investors did. Dean made maybe 300-500btc with his site

It is good if Dean provides a clarification regarding this. How much was his personal profit ? This figure may give a clearer idea about the profitability of PRCdice to a prospective investor.

I disagree with this part. My personal integrity has no dollar limit to it. If someone offered me $1 billion, and had it, in cash, right now, asking me to do something I disagree with, it would affect nothing. I don't care if others could live with my decision -- I care that I wouldn't be able to. And to me, stealing by using someone's trust is the ultimate act of betrayal. I wouldn't even steal from someone I absolutely hate, much less someone I don't.

I think you might attract interested persons when you could prove the profit. Maybe by providing private keys to your cold wallet addresses showing the deposits and so on. So that one could at least slightly jugde if your numbers might be correct.
LOL, I am not sure if you are kidding or not, although giving the cold storage private keys is not a good idea. I believe that their cold storage address is already public and they have signed a message from that address to prove control of that address.

Haha, good find. I don't know why i used that term. Cheesy Of course i meant a signature. But when they already provided such then this should be sufficient to proov the claims of the website owner.

What is the reason to sell the site? Looking at this years numbers I wouldn't know why to sell at this point.

Plus is there any regulatory oversight?

Would you mind answering my questions? Smiley

First thing to note is that PRC is currently crowdfunded. So that profit is split between the people providing the bankroll and not to me.
Someone looking to buy should fund the bankroll themselves, probably around 500-1000 Bitcoin would be fine, and thus gain 100% of the profit.

I am looking to sell because I think someone else could grow PRC further than I can alone. I am looking into some other non gambling related ideas I would like to pursue also.

Just don't pay attention to these trolls. What is the point for PRC to scam anyone.

I would strong advise not doing business with Dean.  At the very least use escrow and look over the code THOROUGHLY.

He's a snake no doubt in my mind.

Bayarea why do you say this? Is there a reason you think he is looking to scam investors/buyer? I have already offered Dean a pretty fair Deal for PRC, but what you say now has me worried, can you please elaborate?

bac is a massive idiot

Bac didnt get his affiliate pay paid by dean while bac did even his own signature campaign with his ref-link to promote prc so he has a point to not like dean

You could have read my reply or my trust history. Now you have just fed the troll and so this thread will probably turn to nonsense.

BAY had an affiliate account where he used prcdice.com, a domain he bought, to point to PRCDice.eu/pocketrocketscasino.eu.
He acted in bad faith as an affiliate to which I stopped his affiliate account. Every since he's tried to spread FUD about PRC/me and leased that domain out to competitors.

You could believe him or you could look at facts like I had 200 investors with close to 5k Bitcoin invested and instead of running or planning an exit scam I have blocked new investment and started auto divesting 10% each week. That doesn't sound like an untrustworthy person to me.

... To be honest though I don't see the need for an escrow...

Probably setting up to scam investors and a buyer all in one bang.

If you are going to go out... go out with a bang I guess.

USE ESCROW

If that was the case I would not be doing this.

Just auto divested 10% of investments, and any that were less than 1 Bitcoin.
Almost 500 Bitcoin.

This has been added back to your balance so you can withdraw if you like.

Thanks
