I would advice staying clear of BetOnline.  I have heard stories of them withholding cashouts of players from Twoplustwo.  I really don't know what happened but I think they lure the players in by offering large bonuses.  Then all the terms are in very fine print where it's hard to be read.  According to some stories a poker player made a deposit of 5k USD or something, played poker and then later found out he had to gamble 3x that amount in their sports book.

I'm not sure about the details but it was something like that.  They should have made things clear with their customers before they let them deposit very large amounts.

Huge traffic:

BetOnline https://game-protect.com/betonline-details/

Low traffic:

NitrogenSports (anonym, instant) https://game-protect.com/nitrogensports-details/

For fiat poker sites that accept Bitcoin deposits, there's also Bodog Poker aka Bovada.  I think they're known as Ignition now, I'm not sure.  You can check online if that's the case.  But I would still Bitcoiners to play at true blue Bitcoin poker sites like Betcoin and at Nitrogensport's poker tables.  SWC used to be good but traffic now is so low to nonexistent.
Bodog is only for Canada and South America players.

Betcoin.ag is not only a publicly proven scam, but they have also only 20 players in average. In addition, their Alexa Global Rank dropped 42% within the last 2 months and their motto recently is cut, cut, cut! These are very alarming signals!

I know of the WPN network (Americans Cardroom, Blackchip poker). But what other sites are out there for US players especially ones that accept bitcoin as payments? Any help would be appreciated.
