I have 3 tournament tickets Ð1,000.00, but why those tickets is not used when registering for tournaments, and used chips from my account?
Are tickets for a limited duration?

Is the site down?

I can login, but when hit play I got "Connection failed" message (try 3-4 times in the last few hours).

Big ring games going on now (1k/2k No Limit Texas Hold'em) and awesome tournaments shooting off all the time (for example, there's a 250,000 dogecoin guaranteed tournament starting in a few minutes that should have a sizable overlay!)

We usually have 50 to 150 players online.  Our biggest day is generally Sunday, where we have 100 to 200 players active during prime time.  Sunday is our biggest day because of our new Sunday Tournament Schedule.  See our post in our subreddit for more information, including our "Cash 'em All" Promotion where you can win up to 1 Million Dogecoins for Free. 

We are developing a converter to make our hand history files compatible with Hold'em Manager and Poker Tracker.  We use Poker Mavens as our software, so any poker tools that work with Poker Mavens should work at PokerShibes.

We do not track the VPIP/PFR of the field.  It varies by gametype.  For example, I often see very loose players at the mid to high stakes Pot Limit Omaha games (200/400 to 2k/4k), but during tournaments like the Sunday Million (1 million dogecoin guaranteed), VPIP and PFR of the field are historically quite low.

Our referral program is already live, and has been collecting referrals and tracking referral reward points since day 1.  We are running the final tests on our referral payout system, which is scheduled to launch within the next 72 hours.  If you want to know your current referral status before the launch of the live referral rewards system, feel free to e-mail [email protected]

Our rakeback system is inspired by PokerStars, which we think is a good model to learn from.  A couple differences: We use a 30-day rolling period and our formula uses the "dealt" method (rake / # players dealt-in) rather than PokerStars' monthly period and weighted formula.

We're sorry you were kicked during your session.  Last week a few of our players reported some intermittent lag and we had some server issues.  After improving our servers and increasing security measures, we've received reports of smoother play.  Please let me know if our recent efforts improve your experience.

If the site ever goes down during a hand, the system nulls the hand (as if it was never dealt).  Sitewide downtime is reported as quickly as possible on Twitter and our subreddit.

P.P.S. - Small world.  I believe we met on twoplustwo about five years ago.  You were a horse/student that went on to evolve much more than than the supposed teacher, especially after I introduced you to Vegas Doug.  Alright, enough personal talk, I'll try to catch up with you on Facebook.

What minor bugs are you experiencing?  We are always working on improving the site -- we won't settle for having any bugs, even tiny ones.

We are building a table spawn script to make sure new tables pop up when tables get filled.  For now, admins monitor the action and manually clone full tables.

We are striving to bring more players to the site and to ensure our current players have an awesome experience.  In the 2 weeks since your post, average players online has doubled, and there's typically 24/7 action.  

As we roll out our new and improved rewards system and our more generous referral rewards program, we hope to attract even more players and even more steady action.
