This only applies to prepaid cards. All debit cards are issued on real people. The essence of these cards is to avoid taxation and hide funding from the state and tax authorities. Also, not everyone has the opportunity to open a full-fledged bank account in the European Union because it needs to have a residence permit or citizenship

Its not a good place for buying card as these are not going to help just lost of money try to with some solid reputation company or person
