There is a way to run something like this without doing any mining or being a Ponzi scheme.  If mining would have been at a loss, simply run the buyers' coins through a mixer and pay them back as if they were mining with the proceeds-- expecting that the pay returned over time would be lower than the investment.  Keep the difference.

If mining would have returned a profit for the customers-- Run it like a Ponzi, go under, 'discover' you were hacked, etc.  Keep what is left.

In the beginning of a Ponzi scheme, everybody gets paid!   Tongue

It's when those payments stop, that everyone starts questioning once it's too late.   Cry

a company with that size without a office or any Datacenter Pictures. I mean i you are running such a big DC aren't you a bit proud of it and brag with that?
Not if you are smart about it.
Keep in mind that 300TH are worth ~0,7M USD, so if it was me, i wouldn´t tell anyone anything....
Unless you are prepared to invest in an army of security personnal.

Also, I am not saying that they would be in breach of any contract, but many hardware manufacturers forbid the resale etc. of the equipment, atleast on a commercial level.

For what its worth, they have a very reputable ebay account.

True but that doesn't excuse them from taking pictures/videos. Or explain why they would be mixing coins.

Got a link to their ebay account?

The main problem with pbmining is that they have not provided contact details or office address

I believe you should invest only if you have time to get your money back very slowly and possibly not ROI. I got a free 20ghs there so I can't complain but I also will not invest my money in something that won't ROI.

I've been with them for over a month and always been paid out on time and they have answered several customer support issues for me quickly, including updating an item on the Web site that I requested. This certainly doesn't prove they aren't a ponzi but I'm willing to risk it so far. I even recommend them in my signature.

Other than being a customer and the 10% I earn for being an affiliate I'm not in any way connected to them. I haven't done a lot of research to check them out, though I did read somewhere that they were a Canadian registered company. I, of course, don't know if what I read was accurate either. You might try emailing them instead of asking here. They may be able to supply something that will make you feel better.

I was thinking they are legit and they only want to steal customers from cex.io but after reading the other thread now I voted for questionable!

This thread created because https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/pbmining-legit-484355 is lacking a poll.

As far as I can tell pbmining has provided no photo/video evidence of their massively scaling 300TH farm.

They also run their coins through a mixer which can only be a bad sign.

They seem to be paying out regularly but this would be entirely possible if they were a ponzi.
