All of Usagi's securities have a long track record of failure.
Go through and read a few of Usagi's posts and you can see that he has a tenuous grasp of finance.
Don't compare Deprived's listings to Usagi's.
No, let's. It will be very educational. A date of June 13th was chosen since it marked the date I published a NAV for the reconstituted BMF.

It makes much more sense to examine companies/actual operations. Including things like DMS.MINING does not make sense, as it's simply a derivative, much like DMS.SELLING.
CPA ran by Usagi? Blew up after insuring Pirate debt. Destroyed massive portion of shareholder value.
Nyana/b/c ran by Usagi? Blew up. Destroyed massive portion of shareholder value.
YARR ran by Usagi. A Pirate pass through. Pirate was clearly a ponzi operator promising 7% weekly, and Usagi jumped on the band wagon to make $$. This was "insured" by CPA.
BMF ran by Usagi? Most shares issued at .5-1.0, lets say average of .75. Now at .037 and has paid around .14 in dividends. This comes to a total return of around -76.4%.
Every "company" that has been "managed" by Usagi has been ran into the ground.
Usagi makes a habit to delete his old posts to try to cover his tracks. However, quotes in the threads still do an excellent job at exemplifying his numerous blunders:
Deleted Main Post: Should CPA close out and make a final dividend payment? (One of Usagi's post after CPA blows up.)

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/announcement-112734Deleted Main Post: [CPA] -- We're here to awkwardly ask you for a dance. (Usagi had a long original post talking about how insurance can stop bad things from happening....)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.1058507Deleted Main Post: [GLBSE] Bitcoin Mining Fund (see post #2 for FAQ) (Usagi deleted this original announcement post about BMF. I wonder why.....)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/glbse-bitcoin-mining-fund-see-post-2-for-faq-81993Deleted Main Post: My take on 7% a week (Usagi correctly illustrating how insane HYIP schemes are, despite creating the YARR pass through for Pirate Ponzi, and insuring it with his other company CPA)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.921043Deleted Main Post: [GLBSE] CPA - No Dividends for the month of August, 2012 (A CPA thread. Dozens of quotes in the thread highlighting the ridiculousness that is Usagi.)
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/post-85444Here are two excellent links critiquing Usagi's "businesses" and his gross mismanagement:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.1242951https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/usagi-falsifying-navs-manipulating-share-prices-and-misleading-investors-113708The list goes on and on......
It's shocking that he still tries to operate a variety of ventures and that people continue to invest in his failing securities. It takes no more than 10 minutes to realize that, historically, betting on Usagi is always the wrong side of the bet.
