Doas anyone knows what has happend with Poloniex exchange? Does it work for you? I can not reach the page and last time I was on the page almost everything was frozen... Any information ? Embarrassed Embarrassed

i hope it will works soon. but it works very slow try to take another wallet. here we have to transact money and receiving in this process it can take more time so we have to choose in that place another wallet good for us. actually i worked with polonix but it can not did good performs. so i have to trying to take another wallet.

Poloniex didn't experience any downtime at the last few days, if you are having troubles you should be checking your local network.

Anyway seems like tickets delay are a very common problem in Poloniex exchange, support is terrible, if you are not Dan Bilzerian who can twit to polo on twitter, you can't really get in touch with them.

Also, any request to increase the regular limit of 2000$ to 25000$ is not being answered for a very long time.

However, something has change lately: the mobile site doesn't work as good as in the past, the login page sends you in a wrong place.
But this also means something: they are still alive and they work on the website Wink
I hope that their support will become more functional too before they fall behind.

Some ticket services are not served. is this a good service?
I'm sure there is a mistake so everyone is worth evaluating to trade there.

I can vouch for poloniex that the withdrawal system works great, although they have stopped answering tickets.

They claim that they have human power problem, too many users but not enough employees to answer all of the questions/problems.

It's not just poloniex we get reports from bittrex users( which is now the biggest crypto trading exchange in the world) that are also having problems to get a support response.

Personally, I am waiting for a response from poloniex for about 2 weeks, nothing was heard so far

Fake Mobile Poloniex Apps Are Capable of Draining User Balances becareful with it, Mobile device users are often targeted by criminals in various manners. In particular, mobile users involved with cryptocurrency have seen some scary developments as of late. It turns out there are a couple fake Poloniex applications in the Google Play Store. That is a very worrisome development, to say the least. By collecting login credentials, criminals can effectively drain user accounts if customers don’t have 2FA set up. https://themerkle.com/researchers-discover-multiple-fake-mobile-poloniex-apps-capable-of-draining-user-balances/

OMG, this is the old thread already been 3 years ago.
I think poloniex now has lost many users and I just appreciate the information you share.
Well... I don't find any problem with the old thread to share something useful for the users of poloniex
the problem will come if i make new thread to share new information about the poloniex's service,
New thread just will makes dirty this forum and be considered as spammers and i don't like it
so i used this thread because this thread is still in the topic related with poloniex's service.

Yes it happened a few times ago, i remember that in August 1nd everybody was spreading FUD over poloniex  because it was freezed like now, i remember that i had more than 1.20 bitcoins by that time on Polo, i dont know the real reason of that, but i did.
Poloniex will not close for now, so be quiet people, it happened several times on the past, and you are not going to lost anything, maybe their support is taking a lot of time to reply, but you all know how polo works..

It looks like the site is under maintenance. You should try to reach it after some time. I would be better if you don't use Poloniex as it has been facing quite a lot of issues these days from withdrawal problems to lack of support for resolving the issues.
You can use exchanges like Bittrex, Hitbtc etc.. which are much better when compared to Poloniex. Do verify your account on Bittrex before depositing any coins on it.
I hate poloniex for verify my account. It take me 14 days and i have to pm support but not solved. I like poloniex about fee of bitcoin withdraw, only 10k satoshies.

I opened a new account today and tried to transfer BTC 1 1/2 hours ago. Is this typical for Poloniex?

If it is I'll take my business elsewhere.

The transfer finally went through. It could have been that the exchange that I sent it from was having problems and not Poloniex.
