New user to the forum, I know this might be a long shot but right now I'm out of options.

I opened a ticket almost 9 days ago about a XEM transfer from my NEM wallet to my Poloniex account. The issue is that the transfer split into two:

- A transaction that had the message and 0 XEM
- A transaction that didn't had the message and ALL XEM

I had added all txIDs, the transactions are show in the NEM chain explorer but I have not received any update on my ticket.

Again, I know this might be a long shot but I haven't found another way to contact support.

Being fair, I have had no issues with Poloniex before and I know this might be an issue on the transfer to my account but it should be simple enough to fix as it has been the only NEM address I have used in and out of Poloniex.

Will continue to update when supports gets into my ticket.

As of right now 8 days and 22 hours without any contact.
