I had problems with Poloniex when I used them past summer.
When Binance wasn't really that popular.

Even then, there were tons of problems. Mostly with withdrawals.
Guess they didn't fixed them..

That's why I left Polo since the summer and moved to Bittrex. I never looked back.

Terrible exchange. MY XRP withdrawal still pending.
And those guys won't upgrade my account even though I have performed their full KYC.
Their support worst ever as well.

I was skeptical if I should withdraw, but I had to get some of my Bitcoin today. I did the withdraw and it went through pretty quick.
So for me Poloniex still works quite well (I had some other problem with them last week, but that was solved too by their support).

I once had a problem with the output USDT, but it was resolved within 2 days. This exchange at the moment, I was quite happy

I also cannot withdrawal. They donot reply my support ticket.
I not use Poloniex anymore. Change to Kucoin, it can give free coin $$:

I seemed to be right thinking there was no support during 31st of dec and the 1st of jan. After the first working day in the New Year it has been solved.

Hopefully Poloniex will get their act together getting their systems working properly day and night, holiday or not, because you can't leave your customers in silence for several days when they're missing thousands of Dollars.

Got my 5.41 LTC today finally after 4 days of stressing out (all that over New Year effectively ruining the Holidays ) . Still no response on support ticket , no explanation no sorry nothing , support or better call it customer NON service is non existent with Poloniex . Holidays is piss poor excuse , they cant even be bothered to post a message on front and let people know theres a temporary problem and that it will be fixed so people dont freak and stress out over loss of big sums of money . What a complete disregard and disrespect to their customers . Done with that shit exchange , paying so much fees over the years and this how they treat people ?! Plenty of other exchanges , that actually work and have support and customer service  and decency to announce and let people know if there are problems . Poloniex - just dont give a damn , takes thousands dollars and total silence for many days , not a word  Angry

Same problem with LTC withdrawal also. Nearly 20LTC are off the radar now for about 40 hrs. Very disturbing.

Raised a support ticket yesterday but nothing yet. Guess there's nobody working at Polo this weekend. That's unacceptable when your systems are'nt working properly and massive amounts of money floating around leaving the owners in big uncertainty for a long time.

Was happy to read here some user got their coins after a couple of days though, am keeping the faith...

What a relief, after some days of nail-biting I finally received my missing coins and a reply on my support ticket saying sorry for the delay.

Don't know whether it helped but I started a social media campaign yesterday. I seemed to be right thinking there was no support during 31st of dec and the 1st of jan. After the first working day in the New Year it has been solved.

Hopefully Poloniex will get their act together getting their systems working properly day and night, holiday or not, because you can't leave your customers in silence for several days when they're missing thousands of Dollars.
That's right, do not make the holiday as an excuse, because it shows only the lack of professionalism of the exchanger itself. All exchangers should improve their services, if they do not want to be abandoned by their members

The same problem to me, I also get a fake Txid for several days, and no Ltc received yet!

Ufff that's terrible. My issue is 'only' some days old but it keeps me worried because it isn't about just a couple of Dollars.

Given the fact that a lot of people are in the same boat with this Poloniex withdrawal thing, it would be a good idea to gather a group for legal action against them. Count me in.

My stellar lumens withdrawal been stuck  at "processing" since 11/29/17 (over a month). Funny thing is all the smaller withdrawals went through right after, just this bigger sum got stuck.
Anyways, I Submitted 10 tickets, a Reddit post every other day, spammed their twitter, reported to BBB and FTC. I got absolutely 0 response. My next action is to probably hire an attorney.

Nope, 4 days now, my 20LTC still missing. Will chase Polo until I have them back.
