now why would Poloniex or any other exchange delist a coin with huge market cap. This makes no sense, there is nothing on poloneix twitter or anywhere else. It sounds like regular maintenance.

I also do not think the Poloniex will do that, LTC has a huge market cap and the trade volume is also huge. I think maybe someone just want to buy some cheap LTC and post the fake news.

Poloniex.com gona delist LTC !!!

What? I don't even hear a thing in Polo that they will delist LTC? Litecoin is big now and they can't delist it. Many investors will quit on them. I think what you are saying is only a FUD. Stop fooling people here. We have our minds.

They did not mention they will delist LTC as you can read what is written there so please stop spreading fake news because this will cause panic to those who are new in trading and holds LTC. They are only under maintenance so just relax.

Please stop responding (and start ignoring) this anti-ltc troll.. he, and his alter-ego xbiv2 are only talking crap about ltc without any real sources. This forum could use some serious moderating (mprep where are you ?  Wink ) to be honest. A lot of trolls posting crap without reliable sources..

Very surprised by this move coming from a rather major one of the biggest exchanges out there behind bittrex and kraken.

Coinbase is still selling litecoin right?

Or they turn away from it too all the sudden? Embarrassed

Edit: Nevermind. Just checked and they just have their wallets under maintenance.
Nothing to worry about as this happens on other exchanges all the time and doesn't mean they will be delisted. Tongue

they do this for all coins on a regular basis. all these networks are active and they all upgrade. poloniex doesn't seem to be the fastest when it comes to this stuff.

There is no official information from Polo about delisting. Probably another work issue.

Oh, I should sell my litecoins right now! Even poloniex really delist it, it is their own problem not litecoin's that. What is the problem with wallet if they don't use segwit?
It mean segwit is fake

Look like serious problem with SEGWIT again.
IIRC polo doesn't even use SegWit addresses on LTC.

Here's OP against LTC: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/sorry-me-but-it-very-important-information-about-litecoin-ltc-2009251
And here's OP spreading misinformation about SegWit: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.20435357

Somebody's got a little agenda to push, eh?
It mean SegWit not activated for poloniex?
