But by ordering some other Polymerbit notes yesterday that I somehow missed out on in the past I found that:
- the Amsterdam note shown has printed 'SP006' on it https://www.coinsofnakamoto.com/notes/polymerbit-bitcoin-amsterdam-2022#/125-color_test_version-no
- while the Maastricht note has 'A000018' printed on: https://www.coinsofnakamoto.com/notes/polymerbit-mif-2022-sample-prints
So may I ask again how many Studio Proofs and normal run notes of these both series have been produced?
Because up to now I tried to catch 2 of each of your notes if possible. But that's not exactly cheap anymore^^ So I'm naturally more curious about the actual numbers...
26 pcs exist of the SP notes (Bitcoin amsterdam). We were supposed to produce a normal A1-100 run of these, but ran out of time due to a schedule conflict. I had no choice but to release the SP that we normally keep internal. White giant is the only other major exception where we released them due to the rules of Scarce.City.
MIF Maastricht had 100 pcs made. Most of these notes went to high end banknote dealers.
We're working to bring down the price of the clear window notes to under $100.
