Earnings are decreasing because the pool is not stable:
Socket was closed remotely (by pool)
ETH: Connection lost, retry in 10 sec..
Having a server only is ASIA is an issue at all. That makes no sense to mine with 350/500 ms of latency. I give up and will maybe try again once you really have EU servers

It is not recommended to use any plugins that are not open source to avoid affecting mining efficiency!!!
