Nah, not buying these. Everyone knew its gonna happen. Now is not the time to fear and sell your Bitcoin ( you will regret AGAIN if you will) . Infact this would the perfect time to buy fragments of Bitcoin. You might be tricking the others so that they will sell their holdings. This has been always the mistake of everyone selling their Bitcoin when the price started to fall. They fail to see the opportunity.

Btc is just releasing a bit of steam then comes the next bull run, an epic year.

We had something like 6 ath this year and each one let's off a little pressure to build for the next.

There is no assurance that the value of bitcoin can continue to increase in the future. Take a look at the current, bitcoin is going down quickly, and I worry it might go down more. Your faith is the only thing that makes you think it can go up.

I'm a hodler, a lurker, I just decided to finally register to reply to this thread. I love kwukduck, sort of. Always spreading FUD and then, when the inevitable, and of course quite predictable dip comes, he's here screaming "I told you so!" What a surprise!

Most of us expected this to happen kwuk, don't start feeling special now. What I wonder is why you seem to feel good when many people are losing their savings. I don't get that. When I warn people about something and when they don't listen and suffer because of it, it's not something that makes me happy. Is humanity your enemy? Did you get bullied in school?

Actually I believe that he's a trader nowadays and now he has found the moment to try to give some legitimacy to his FUD attempts.
That's why I asked him when he expects to see the bottom, but he didn't answer.
The funniest part is that whenever Kwukduck comes in with his doomsday announcements on a coin, the coin starts rising.
I feared (and still fear) that the current dump is not over yet, but since this thread started the things seem to look better.

I don't even want to know how filthy rich a few have become with this and how millions have lost their savings! Hilarious!

I don't really care to know either, but my burning question is did you manage to make any money this time dearest Kwukky?

Yep, a nice christmas gift! I sold three bitcoins at monday at $19800 each one of them, for a total of $59,400 USD

Oh boy, this is too great a Christmas gift.

The "experts" with that world, you mean, the "bankers" right? or the ones that you see on Facebook like the grandmothers who say that bitcoin is a bubble?

I've been warning people for months.
All the worlds leading experts in the field have been warning everybody for months.

Yep, biggest bubble, i earned more than $59,000 without investing a single penny, wow! What a bubble! IN-CRE-DI-BLE.

Biggest bubble in recorded history.  I don't even want to know how filthy rich a few have become with this and how millions have lost their savings! Hilarious!

Either Mr. Duck has some sell options or he sold at a $1000 and regrets it and wants to spread his misery.

Time for the weak hands to GTFO.

Including you Mr Duck.

I have not invested more than I can afford to lose, and as such it is none of your damn business what I do from this point on,,,

Thanks for the warning, kwukduck, you made me save some fiat over the past few months for this exact moment. Now it's the time to buy like crazy (: It is a Christmas gift indeed, kinda like the 'black friday' of the crypto market.

"worlds leading expert" you mean, all those crooks from the banking system, corrupt CEO's, and altcoin shills? yeah sure, they definitely didn't want to manipulate the market by spreading FUD just so they can buy low, no sure, they knew it all along.

Bitcoin goes 30%, suddenly, it's the end of the world. Give me a break.

[Wasn't this expected by most of the speculators and traders.

LOL. It seems everybody now says that here on this forum "this was expected". Yet 2 days ago I didnt read a single post claiming this, quite the contrary, nearly everybody said that $17.000 was a great buying opportunity. You guys are so funny

well you may be new to this so you don't know.
most people don't announce their real speculation publicly. when they expect a drop they take actions, sell for example. they don't run to forums to tell everyone what they expect and risk losing the chance to sell before others. in fact when they want to sell, they come to forums and tell everyone to buy and say "$17,000 is a great buying opportunity" because they have a sell order there or around that price.

the same is true when they come to forums and tell everyone how they expect price to drop below $10,000. that is because they have buy orders in that area placed and they wish them to be filled.
take a look at OP's post history and check it versus a bitcoin chart and you will see this last paragraph happening each time without exception.

Both the miners and the devs are guilty of such fall, Jim.

The miners for sabotaging the network, switching all their hash power to BCash.

And the devs for delaying the lightning network, and not implementing SegWit as a default measure.

More frightening than Roger Ver shilling was a Core dev opening a champagne to celebrate the highest fees ever, fees higher than a international wire transfer.

And in the shadows, hedge funds, which have been pumping the price since October, short their positions to win bets in CME. Who knows who is buying now and what they will do in the next futures round.

But bubble, this never was, Jim. It is just a slow corporate takeover, on both sides.

Thanks mate, an analysis that actually makes sense, these are rare here on this forum. Nice to see! Although I don't totally agree on that last sentence, but for the rest great analysis.

I agree that it's a bubble, and a big one at that, but "biggest bubble in recorded history"? Lol this bubble is like literally less than 1% of the size of the real estate bubble crash in 2007/8.

What are you talking about. $10k is the bottom for BTC, and probably will climb to $18k again before next week (28dec segwit2x hardfork).
With hundred thousands of new people still joining each day this correction will not take long... so no bubble pop, necessary correction initiated by our BCH friends, and now further to new heights.

Dude,,, where are you hearing Dec 28th hardfork for another go at Segwit2x?

First I have heard of it, which might explain a lot lately, but I am still a HODL or die! (I can afford to lose what I am gambling)

You warned too much. So much that people stopped taking you serious.

Biggest bubble in recorded history.

For now it has dropped to the levels of December 1st. It looks bad in numbers, but actually it's just a long awaited (?) correction in a bad moment (although all the corrections are in bad moments after all).

What is your prognosis on this? What's the bottom you expect?
I still hope it will not go too much under 10k...

Wasn't this expected by most of the speculators and traders. I saw a video today, wherein a guy who apparently claims himself to be a "bitcoin-advocate" ,said that Bitcoin has never crashed and it will never do so. Well, what amazing luck he has bought in,such wonder, much wow. I legit started laughing at that guy, feel sorry for him though...

it's a buying and selling activity. there are more sellers now. for one, it could be due to the holidays and two, holiday or not -- gainers probably decided it's time to sell and cash out and enjoy their gains. it was bound to happen. a bubble pops and everything is just chaotic. but bitcoin isn't in a chaotic state. therefore, it isn't a bubble  Wink
