1. It has to be a personal wallet. Exchange wallets are not allowed
2 . Wallet should have had transactions prior to June 5th 2018
3. You should have minimum of 0.03 ETH in the wallet..
If the team do not provide these safeguards anyone with a bit of coding skills will try to generate multiple adresses and get all the FLOT meant for airdrop.

I like that this project promotes the ideas of a distributed economy to the masses and uses for this just the technology of blockchai. It's great to make it more massive and attract more new users.
