Putting some good coins is fair enough for you but most of the coins from your portfolio are coin places I never knew before and it's too risky but nice to put a lot of money for NEO, IOTA, NANO, more altcoin best then it can be updated apart from the three that I mentioned, the most obligatory are holding Bitcoin and Ethereum, the rest for the best altcoin, after a bullish market then it will help to ride. You can't get big profit if you invested on "safe" option like bitcoin or ETH. No btc, eth...very very strange decision.
For me, OP's portfolio is good. He choose NEO, IOTA and NANO as the big 3 for his investment. We all know about those 3 coin, all of them were only worth ~nothing but now those all turned to ~dollar.
This portfolio can struggle if bitcoin starts to bull again, bitcoin bull = alts go down. At least get up to 0.1BTC bitcoin if you can avail and make it the highest allocation in your portfolio.

i see a few big coins like neo, ICX, stratis, IOTA its okay. Other coins are less popular. Where is your btc and cash? I think you need make some changes in your portfolio and add some part of USD -10% and btc -10%.
