I think both teams to score will be risky as CF Belenenses because they are not constant t score a goal there, FC Porto even will play as away but they good defense there and maybe this would get draw result and will finished under 2.5 goals.

both teams is not in the good shape even Porto only able playing draw against FC Copenhagen on champion league and CF Belenenses also already have experience to lost several times this season and i think these teams is unstable however i do agree with your pick but if you're dare try to combine your pick with under 2.5 goals because their statistics showing that Porto have serious problem during their match they are not always able to make a goals so on my predictions the result of this match will be lack of goals

last season also in the end of season they finish at 3rd rank under Benfica and Sporting Lisbon and i think Porto performance this season also not really bad and maybe equally such as last season but indeed they could not able taken over benfica positions since 3 years ago and Benfica is too dominate Portuguese League with able to be the champion 3 times streak

too early to judge them for now , it is just 10 matches have played out of 34 matches in total. so far porto have not bad form , they just too often get draw , make them losing points a lot from that draw result.

i believe fc porto can still compete with benfica which now leading on top of the league.

Agreed with you Setubal is back into good form and recently they are into good shape, I think by playing on home ground they have high chance to beat Rio Ave there, Rio Ave is out of form and not performing good there, so that pick will be nice one.
