Goodness gracious, The ranking system has changed, for the better.
Now its not just about how many posts you can make, Its about how often you use the forums

I don't know why you found this important. Ok Hero rules more, but who cares? You are able to access the whole forum and keep using it. Just to increase your trust rate is the important I think.

OK and now I am even more at a loss, what does actually increase your activity count?

I have made a few posts, a longish one in the Alt-section and an information update on one of my project threads.

They have added to my post count on my profile but not on my activity count.

It just seems like a lot of posts, so I am guessing activity is a way of saying "Useful" posts?

What is deemed a useful post? The length of a post? On one of my threads sometimes my updates about my website are short but the information is useful, so that wouldn't be fair.

My profile says this:

Posts:    520
Activity:    336
hero member
Activity: 532

Are you referring to the activity meter..? Theres no reason your post count should have dropped.

I think they've changed the whole ranking system because of a bunch of scammers coming in and posting 100's of times to trick people into trusting them.

This.

Hi all,

I understand that some threads might get deleted and stuff but my post count has dropped from over 500 to in the 300's overnight.

Anyone had this happen before?

I am just wondering which threads or information has been taken down, as 200 post is quiet alot.

Thanks for anyone that can help.
