Either these things are fake which I assume. Or this guy actually hunts down raccoons and boils their penises. Terrible way to go out.

Mountain Man Toothpicks are a 100% real.

I've also seen whale and walrus oosiks (penis bones)  carved into flutes.  They are a novelty item you have your friends try to play a tune on by blowing into one end.  You tell them they are an ancient tribal musical instrument.  (You should see there face when you tell them what they are really blowing on!!).  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

I couldn't find a link, but here is a beer sign talking about them:

I would say this should be added to list:

Women sell positive pregnancy tests on Craigslist for $25 each. . . and there is no shortage of motivated buyers

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-2407401/Women-sell-positive-pregnancy-tests-Craigslist-25-each.html

What the hell am I looking at?
It's an unbelievably popular April Fools' Day joke around here. Kids use it on their parents.
Maybe I'm getting old because I don't find that really funny
It's really not.

I found a bent rusty paperclip for $.50 including shipping on Ebay and it came with a free surprise, so of course I bid on it. I told my friends about it, and they bid it up to $12. Yes they did pay for it, and it came with a certificate of authenticity and a fake $1,000,000 dollar bill.

And therein lies the next Bitcoin gimmick: Sell fake Bitcoin Bills, and somewhere on the bill it clearly states that it's fake, but provides a link to a Bitcoin facet. All the serial numbers are the same--1A1zP1eP5QGefi2DMPTfTL5SLmv7DivfNa.

From the same article:
Craigslist has also become an underground online bazaar for other fertility items. Women are selling frozen breast milk for $1 per ounce,

Nothing like a cold glass of breast milk on your corn flakes to start the day. Anybody selling dried semen--yet?

I couldn't tell how big it was by the images, but could somebody tell me if it's at least six inches long. If it is, where can I buy one two three...

"Tina" the model in the pic don't look like its 6 inches long, but i'm sure he will make you some that long.
