At some point a tanning bed popped into his head.
Well, you know, he doesn't have the virus, and perhaps he uses a tanning bed (it's a good a theory as any as to why his skin is the way that it is), so maybe that's why he's not infected.
Thank goodness he later clarified about the disinfectant:
“Not cleaning through injection,” Trump said, waving his hand as if to demonstrate his imagined procedure. “Almost a cleaning, sterilization of an area. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t work. But it certainly has a big effect if it’s on a stationary object.”
