Most recent deleted posts on this thread were painting a picture of a couple users in Camp BFL controlling the narrative pertaining to what I highlighted in red above, to whit, general customer screwing shenanigans, with said users now controlling the narrative by having our posts deleted that could easily have been helpful to BFL customers in obtaining their Monarch miners ASAP, forgoing the refund option since that option in now impossible to located on BFL's official website, probably removed due to advice from their jack-me-off-just-one-more-time lawyer team.

One can only hope #DPRK puts an end to that.

Get over it. The case moves on without the preliminary injunction since the Judge believes the FTC didn't know what it was doing (i.e., at least partly fucked up). No need to cry over that, for justice may yet have its day. Or perhaps not.
