It's counting the number of days you've been posting instead of # of posts.
Most people can not tell that some people have just started participating recently and then give them the wrong impression about how trustworthy the account user may be in relation to overall project participation.

Yes, it's just rounded to every 2 weeks. Everyone is a multiple of 14.

Can you not see everyone's posting history number has decreased massively? And they have been knocked several tiers of status? I was a Hero member with about 1070 posts, and now I'm a full member with 70, or do you see something different...?
I mean it's wiped 1000's from John K's figure as well! (Viewable to me, on this screen).
