Activity points are updated every 14 days. If you post at least once in a day, you get 1 activity point for that. If you post once for 14 days you get 14 activity points at the end of that period.
Example:
So key to promotion is posting at least one everyday.
Example:
- Today your activity count: 70
- You posted at least 1 post for 14 days
- 14 days later your activity points: 84

Activity = min(time, posts) where time is the number of 14-day activity periods that you have successfully had at least one post in.
