It seems your hosting is limiting the script execution time which is generally in case of shared hosting otherwise you may try directly increasing the max script execution time in php.ini
You can reduce delay to 1 but if you have simultaneous users making requests the forum may temporarily/permanently ban your ip.

I used it for two years and it was really useful tool! All statistics and charts were simply perfectly accurate!
