Well, who would say.It's actualy working universaly for that casino. Perhaps they already had some experience when some users made complaints here on forum and that went bad for then.
But since there are so many experiences with that same casino where you have to use the "power" of bitcointalk to get your rights, maybe it would be better to avoid that casino.

Another interesting one. Well, I suspect their reputations here matter to them alot hence the "special treatment" and the response.
An organized and good community with important source of traffic will likely make a serious business owner think carefully to avoid making a wrong decision.

I have seen in the past a lot of these service that ask for a deposit and then they just scam people.
You can create/use multiple account the same, this is not a unique identifier.

Evidently it proved how community power is. So there was a sense of solidarity with us here. In fact, this shows a very pleasing development that I have read. If you did not reference this forum, perhaps it would make it harder for you to ask for more and withdraw money.

We have a saying for such situations; strength comes from unity! (I know it looks a bit anarchic, but it's not.)

That makes no sense, the reason to restrict countries is based on their local laws (and maybe on the casino's license). There's no (legal) way a post on Bitcointalk can circumvent that.

This rule will mean that if anyone belong to any restricted country, he can make an account on bitcointalk and claim that he came from bitcointalk.
I understand that not all gamblers know about bitcointalk but when they will see this term & condition, they will surely search for bitcointalk, make an account and avoid the KYC.

Gladly your problem has been solved by the admin here. But I still think it's unfair if there is a victim ( who didn't know this forum ) play this casino and can't withdraw his funds because he should complete the KYC first.

They were probably fearing that if they try to scam you you will put a bad repute on this forum and that will hurt their business. So they cleared everything fast and quick.

This is actually nice to hear, that Bitcointalk is so influential. Of course, the situation of this user.is bad but it's good that reputation of this forum helped him in his rights. Well their support and how they handle it doesn't really seem so professional to me.
And CryCryptoCry was right it wasn't on their rules that we have to deposit $10 before we could cash out from their website so I would really be cautious about this site too.
I also think that this is an attempted scam but as soon as they found out that their reputation would surely be destroyed instantly and couldn't attract more gambler they decided to fix it.

Why would it matter if you are a member from Bitcointalk.org. If they have restrictions on users coming from specific countries and you are from that country and using Bitcointalk..org, then nothing has changed. Roll Eyes

They were just scared that a negative post on this forum, where millions of Crypto currency users visit every day, would damage their reputation and they quickly reversed their decision. This forum is a excellent "watchdog" for companies and services that wants to scam people.

Also, when a bad review are posted on this site and potential new clients search for "site name + scam" in search engines like Google, they will see this and they might not signup for the site. Wink

When your issue has been solved it's mean no accusation that you can do. Payment issue can be happen with other projects or company. When it solved and you get your money, its mean no reason for you to left any accusation. So, be careful with your accusation when it solve but you are still give a negative feedback, maybe no one will trust you in the future.

I think that there's no need to.

They have helped you and paid you which was verified by you.
