Though, right now the team don't disclose about the exchange listing. Let's hope it will be listed soon, though I guess if ever someone won the jackpot, he will just choose whether he want in bitcoin or MBL, or both.
I believe it's easy to buy MBL tokens but it's hard to sell it unless there is an exchange that will list it, of course with good liquidity as well.
The conversion per ETH is not that expensive so will try it first with 0.01 ETH.

I don't understand what makes you confuse, both campaign are official campaigns as long as I know. The one managed by Hhampuz is the fixed payment rate and participants get paid in ETH + MBL token while the other one is like a bounty campaign that pays in MBL token which will be distributed based on the total stake earned by participant. Obviously both has different spreadsheet as both are different campaign but for 1 project.

The jackpot is 550 million MBL token + 2btc, so maybe if someone one won and will decide the 550M MBL will be exchange to 1.5btc, along with the 2btc, so all in all winner might get 3.5btc. Well, don't know either.

Check your SPAM Folder, Usually you will receive confirmation email after a few hours of registration then you will get your free 20 MBL.
It could be their service provider that cause some delay.
