Enforcing money owed through legal channel isn't scamming, but asking for money upfront for a service you most probably won't deliver raises too many red flags.
Asking for a retainer in advance like most lawyers do is suddenly not scamming, but raising red flags?

Are your morals so low that you're trying to scam people who were already scammed  Huh

Why most probably won't deliver?

Can you show us your probability calculation?

i can offer you 2 BTC if you bring me the 6 BTC
The debtor is known, but you have to send in advance, because you are a liar.

 Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin

Do you think anyone is actually dumb enough to send you 2BTC in advance so you get 6BTC back from someone who scammed them?
2BTC? Game Protect asks for a donation in the height of 5% in advance, in this case 0.3BTC. Liar number19 was dumb enough to send 6BTC to the powerbet scam and if he is not dumb enough to send 0.3BTC to enforce his 6BTC, then it is his problem and not mine.

Some mentally ill blatant liars might missed that part, but Game Protect did not send any Bitcoins to the powerbet scam and did not lose anything!

According to your brain wash theories, enforcing money owed through legal channels is scamming? You surely also mean that killing someone is giving him kisses and raping is shaking hands, right?

This is how you want to wash the brains of your victims to keep them abused?

You asked for it here.

What is the sense of referring to this nonsense?

Why RHavar did not open a Scam Accusation as required by forum rules?

game-protect is a scammer that preys on victims. He offers and charges for quasi-legal services, but hides behind anonymity and clearly has zero legal experience.

If you require legal service, seek a licensed lawyer.

He also writes fake cases like: https://game-protect.com/bitcasino-scam/ to mislead people.

Where he claims to have helped recover 1.7 million dollars. In the words of the very person he claims to have helped:

"""
he had no part in with regards to a resolution, I have contacted him personally to remove the article referencing what I said and what you have said from his website as it is fraudulent and taken out-of-context, thus misappropriating my statements for personal gain.

This is exactly what they do: they rely on the despair of cheated people to extort more money from them.
Low life scammer in my opinion.
Your false and baseless accusation is exactly what you have done with promoting the publicly proven betcoin scam for your own financial interest! Roll Eyes

Asking 2 BTC to be paid upfront in order to recover 6 btc to a person who was scammed.

Despite from the point that I have all rights to ask for whatever I like, can you please show us where I asked for 2 BTC?

PowerBet.io site is now gone. I just get a 404 error code. Have they taken the last of the money and run? Or did they change their url?
As far as I can see the website is still running and victims could still enforce their claims!

But if players love to donate to the operator to assist them, why not?

You do realize that filing a case against a gambling site needs the complainant with you?
Can you translate your question to readable English?

Which means you cannot represent them with only the words you have collected online, even if you collect evidences online against powerbet your case won't push through to  the court as they will render those evidences as invaluable.
Based on which laws will the court render evidences of the scam as invaluable? Are you mentally ill or are you a clairvoyant?

Interesting to see how signature spam promoters and brain washer of illegal gambling sites know everything about evidences and court/police proceedings!  Roll Eyes

No wonder that 99,9% of the victims are not willing to spend anything to enforce their claim, because they are brain washed by signature spammers and brain washers like you!

If 100 brain washers say that the earth is quadratic, then it is quatradic even though it is round. Cheesy wash, wash, wash...

They need to be physically present in front of a prosecutor which I believe you are not doing based on the words you are using.
In Switzerland you can file a criminal complaint to the police online. I do not know if you can also start a court case online (like in the UK), but if not, then you simply hire a lawyer in Switzerland who will start the court case on your behalf.

Has anyone been able to identify who PowerBet.io was and where they are or were located?
Do they have a parent company?
Are they morphing into another dodgy sportsbook with a new name to rinse and repeat and rip more people off?

I do not really understand this service for what. Can you explain it in more detail,
- File criminal complaints against the liable people/company behind the powerbet.io scam

- Request enforcement titles to enforce the claims

sorry if we use your service you can protecting us from fraud site?? how can you do that?
The Online gambling scams! information service can protect you from fraud if you avoid these sites.

If you are already defrauded, legal action can lead to get your money.

If you consider that no one was willing to sue them in Switzerland, I do not think that they run.

Considering the dumbness of the victims, they will probably start another sports betting site under a new name. The Bitcoins they have stolen are now worth several $100,000s!
