Interesting Card based on that 600mh/card estimate that puts it mighty close to a 6990

Going by the Mining Hardware Comparison page, individual 6870 cards can make it all the way up to 330Mh/s. Now, I've never used neither the single card nor the AX6870X2 dual-GPU card so I can't say how they compare in terms of overvolting and core clock performance, but with some extra voltage, who knows how high up the dual-GPU card can go? I'd be very interested to hear from someone using one of these in a mining rig.

It's all about the game, and how you play it

$20 off w/ promo code HARDOCPX8X3B, ends 8/9

Assuming you can push the cores above 300Mh/s, you're above 1.5 Mh/$ which isn't half bad considering you're in high-density territory with this type of card. I think I'll be going for one of these for my next rig.
