Fully agree with your suggestion, but unfortunately, these suggestions have been mentioned many times by numerous bounty hunters, but there is no bounty manager to care for them, and those unscrupulous devs often change rules freely without any punishment!

To be honest, you are getting paid a decent amount of crypto for quite an easy job in most cases. I don't think there is much wrong with the way most bounty announcements are written and if you have a problem understanding the rules, maybe make a spreadsheet or practice your English skills (not a personal attack)?
I'm involved in a few bounties and I've never had a problem. If you actually follow the project and read what you are re-posting then you will know when the ICO has ended.

I did many twitter campaigns and for many bounty managers I have the same problems:

1) I have to spend a lot of time to know when the campaign will finish -> why you just don't make a RED text in first message on TOP saying " BOUNTY FINISH AT...." ?
2) I have to spend a lot of time when the campaing has finished to know if I have to do something (Like making KYC or filling a final form etc...) -> why can't you ask this information when we joined the bounty?

So please take my advices..... as bounty managers ask us to follow the rules, please try to make our job more faster and easier as you can...

you should also join the telegram group project, in the telegram group you can ask directly to the admin and their team. You can also ask your fellow members who join the telegram group to find out the project information you have participated in

That's right, but there are several points to which the company's bounty manager can not influence. One of them is the end of the company's bounty, a crypto project can carry the start of the sale of coins, and other problems may arise.

I have no trouble in finding the end dates for the most of campaigns that I join because it is always written in the bounty rules. Sometimes if they dont know about it then they will just right TBD (To be Decided) but thats okay as we can always check back later.

However I do agree that we are getting forced to fill up the KYC details to get the bounty rewards at the end of campaigns and that the part where it becomes most frustrating one. I mean why would they not mention such critical job before the campaign starts! Its good to be decided and have the actions taken on the same.

several campaigns sometimes cite when their campaign is completed and sometimes not. This is reasonable because sometimes the campaigns have a renewal term or could even reach the target after the sale is completed.

I think your suggestion is good. It will speed up the correction of bounty participants. But every bounty manager has its own way of managing their work.

Bountyhunter not protected from unscrupulous managers and campaigns, very often there are campaigns where changing the rules of bounty, the bounty change time, change report form, postponing payments, a bath for questions on charges and reports, many simply do not answer the questions of the hunter. This is very unfair, because bounty hunters are practically free labor, who mostly faithfully follow all the rules and want their work to be rewarded. Maybe you should think about bounty hunter's Union to protect their rights.

Most bounty managers may not give you all information needed concerning bounty It is in your place to ask the manager or acquaint your self with some apps and other site. I get information from places like bountylords, tokenmarket. ICOALARM is an app you can download from google play store, it provide all the information you need to know about almost all the ICO ranging form the starting day, ending day to the exchanger the coin is listed.

This is very much needed as it will help all the members on this forum. Managers are actually very busy and thus they might not be able to update.

Most of the bounty manager make our task complicated while some won't stay clear terms the rules to make comprehension simple,  it will be nice if bounty managers will stop assuming they should know what I  mean,  all rules and regulations should be well spelt out and make it in simple terms, moreover every important information or announcement should be boldly written at the top of the thread if possible at the beginning of the ICO to know when the ICO start and when it'll end.

This is very important. People dont get paid or disqualified for alot of reasons being the fact that they do not follow instructions and news. People out to follow the instruction else they will lose out at the end. Its good to do bounties for projects that have good bounty managers. This is imperative for  your effort to be reward

If only because you do not know when the end of a bounty campaign, then you just go to their website, we can see the date of ICO and the end of ICO. When the ICO ended then ended the bounty campaign.

For the 2nd statement, maybe I agree with you

because in my opinion bounty manager can not ensure the right time to tell when the bounty is finished, because most bounty will be finished if the ICO of bounty is finished and most ICO that increase their sales time, so bounty manager can not tell the right time to when bounty finished and about KYC, maybe at first dev does not suggest bounty for KYC and by the time ICO is finished and bounty will be paid soon then dev make new rule for bounty to do KYC, I think bounty manager only runs the task from dev, then in each we follow bounty there must be a rule stating that the manager can change the rules at any time, and if you join the bounty means you have agreed with the rule.

Only a good manager already do this. They provide a detailed information on his thread likes: End of bounty, Weekly report and clear detailed rules.
I hope all manager will know this and make bounty thread easy to understand.

Many bounty managers do not show when the campaign ends , only add weeks , if the company goes so long it is adding a lot of people that is bad for paying

I definitely agree with you, time is precious and it flies when you have to double-check everything and find out important information on your own. Especially if that info is not written on the first page in campaign rules. It happened to me also that the rules on the bounty thread were different then those which admin in PM gave me. I try to avoid confusing campaigns like that and I suggest you to do the same. There are too many to choose from, why not invest some time into choosing the best and easiest ones. Smiley

I think it’s quite easy and difficult
Before you participate in any bounties; read through every rules and regulations so as to avoid been blacklisted ReD

Similarly you should also avoid filling the form twice or perform malpractices

If you do above
You won’t have problems with bounty managers

I red always the rules and I did'nt have particupar problems with any bounty manager like been banned... but I just want to ask if it's possible to make our lives and work easyer with the 2 points I wrote....
if you manage 10 campaigns this is irrelevant, if you are managing more than 50 or 100 campaigns and every week you have to spent more than 5 hours only for checking if a campaign is finished and if there is something to do, this is a real waste of time..

You literally mean to urge bounty managers to always signify at the top of the thread that bounty is over
I think you are right
But i believe if you do share their posts on twitter, you monitor the progress of the project
Bounty ends when ico ends
Thats enough message i believe
