less information, I really do not understand the concept of this project, and the way it develops, maybe there will be some people who think this is a scam, as long as they do not get the information they need, hopefully this project is progressing better in the future.
Let's make it a bit clear. The project is like Steem (we are going pay people for fun stuff), 9GAG (memes, videos and pictures), mobile application (to get data about content and rate it as good\bad).
And Proof of Fun. For example. You made a really awesome picture and tons of people enjoy and lauthing out load because of it. The data about this insane success will be attached to your content and will forever take the place in system. Such as you will forever be in system as awesome joker.
