after a number of useful suggestions, we will switch to a poll to select the first coins to exchange.

a useful characteristic is zero obvious value.
although if you want to swap BTC for ALIVE we may forego destroying those particular coins

how it 'll work.
we'll assign 1,00,000 ALIVE to a dead coin.

lets say you have 100,000 dead coins you want to swap.
we'll look at the total availability, lets say there are 30,000,000 dead coins in circulation.

you'll be able to get 100k/30m * 1m ALIVE.

we'll set up an exchange system for a limited duration of 2 weeks FOR EACH COIN,
and then exchange dead for ALIVE.

you'll end up with less ratio of coins.. but 5% of zero is worth the same as 10% of zero..


we imagine coin distribution will be slightly messy
not all of each dead coins will be exchanged, so there will be numerous ALIVE left over from each coin exchange.
these will be held/used for future dead coin exchanges.

all dead coins exchanged will be destroyed.

2.5% of ALIVE will be used for dev purposes.

.what are the benefits of exchanging for ALIVE ?

ALIVE will have a greater distribution, and more active/interested parties than your current dead coin.
we will encourage active community involvement in developing small uses for ALIVE.

we imagine the distribution will be essentially happen in a haphazard manner. it will take an indeterminate amount of time to finish.
we encourage early exchangers to help to develop this coin rather than dump at first opportunity.

if we have 12,000,000 coins, and we allocate 1,00,000 to each dead coin - that looks like we can mange 24 deadoins .. however not all coins will be exchanged so there WILL be coins left over after each exchange.

the most important point, is one that has zero value, some coins are still trading. these are not dead. still, don't let that stop you proposing an exchange if you want to get out.
