Any reason for the big price difference between pre-ico and ICO? It seems tokens will be over 10 times the price in the ICO.

Hi dear. Presale bonus is not much? If an investor buys tokens during presale he will get 130 art token for $10 and if he buys during public sale he will get 10-12 art token for $10. This is very high rate to me. I advice you to change this rate.

Second what will happen if you don't reach hard cap?
