We only have private code right now but is close to a beta. We will develop this huge project with sale funds not because of code but because they are needed for the initial investment and maintenance of an application before its profits go up and becomes sustainable once it's live on the market.

10% is a bit low, unless the project is a super one, or I don't think 10% ico will be very big.
