Scrypt algo is fair, good for me in Australian winter ;P
One thing though, only 20% POW is not enouhg, 50% POS at only 7% per year is crazy! Most coins dont see one year, let alone 7 years! I think POW should be at least 30% to match the pre-sale distribution.

That's a rare maturity. But really, I could've just written "bounty shows imbalance wr.t. community manager" and that would have communicated all I needed to say. I was apparently entertaining myself with the fantasy of being a writer - nothing wrong with that per se but it shouldn't leak out into what's actually posted.

A one-off effort from someone not necessarily even a coin-holder is valued at an extremely generous 1 BTC whereas sustained commitment and engagement from a community manager over a(n unspecified) period of time is valued at a niggardly 0.25 BTC.
I recommend you go through your whitepaper, changing all instances of “users” into “user” --- it's likely to be more accurate.
