Source code will be primarily based off Dash's proven and extremely forward thinking code (huzzah to the Dash team for their amazing work). The difference is that this coin is designed to enable payment in business and subscription use, so the emission rate will be greater than Dash to enable a more feasible non-fractional payment amount for services and rewards.
No ICO, PoW for top security, Masternodes will be enabled to prevent Sybil attacks.
