Some updates :

We are now 2 associates and an intern. The intern is from Kedge Business School, he will do the startup compliance work and finding new ones. We are also getting an other intern for the community managing, from the same school.

We hired a lawyer for the paper work and we're getting a business lawyer for the legal work.

I've got a friend that own a big communication agency (50+ people) that is very interested and will do the communication work for us. The marketing is going to be taken very seriously. I'm investing over 50K just for the start.

We're opening two offices, one in Luxembourg and one in France.

About the tokens, we decided that it is better to have only one token that represent the value and include all the startups at once.

Are some of you interested in being early-birds ? If yes, PM me. Thanks.

I have a new proposal that is much better for you :
As you invest in startup and get startups tokens, you also get ResistantFund parts in form of tokens.
That way, you become part of ResistantFund. The startups also get shares of ResistantFund so they stay with us.
We stay together as ResistantFund get more capital.
So... do you prefer it this way ?
This is a much better proposal. of
course, more details are needed to
get people to commit. Definitely an improvement

I was really liking this when I was reading and the more I read the less I liked it. So, if I understand, and I am not sure I do. You will use our money to invest so the risk is 100% ours - then, we will get some undefined return on successful projects and lose all of our investment on others. Like you said some projects win and some lose. Except you are guaranteed to never lose. When your share of the profits is high enough and your selection process of choosing startups improves, you will cut us out and move forward alone.

RF is just the legal background to raise fund in crypto.  What matter for you are the startups.
A minimum return is guaranteed no matter if the startup make profit, that's part of the contract. They have to pay a % per year and having tokens grant you those payments.
Nothing will be cut, we will continue to raise fund if money is needed but having capital may allow RF to take more risk on its own.

I think I have it, unless investment is split among a lot of projects. That would diversify our risk as we would have the potential to lose on some and gain on some. Huh

Would you be interesting in investing in a portfolio instead of startups separately ?
Do you think it is better ?
We already mitigate the risk a lot by selecting startups for you. I don't think splitting among all projects automatically is necessary.
It's probably better to give investors the choice. You may not like all startups.

Interesting, but we need a real proof.
www.orias.fr/web/guest/intermediaryDetails is a empty page

Look at the bottom of the result page.

www.kaalisi.fr is not existing/not accessible

I gave you the address of the new website in the previous message.

The idea is not bad, even shown few times on this board, but real investment needs a lot of funds and you will need real investors, not the 100 sat kids.

It depends what you call a lot of funds. It depends on what market.
We do not aim to get crazy amount of money like the usual ICO scheme. No crazy valuation.

Someone posted above, 60% of the startups don't survive, I'll increase it to >90% nowadays. It would be very difficult to choose the right places to invest in.

The idea is that we already chose the right startups. We don't let startups post random projects and investors get scammed.
If there are no good startups to invest, there is no investment.

so it works kina like bnktothefuture?

What's in it for you? You are probably getting a commission from these "startups" right??? Aren't we better off just investing directly do avoiding the middleman?

I will manage a good portion of tokens and hope to make a profit from it. The startups also own me debt and equity.

Also, if these companies are really that promising why not just invest yourself and not share the profit with us? Because your main interest is in the commission you will be getting from these startups (who could be your own btw)
My opinion anyone who invests here is going to lose a lot!

I only give this opportunity to share profit for a some time but eventually I'll grow big enough to fund most of startups directly.
So yes I plan to invest for myself only in a near future.

There will be a cap every time, the goal is to raise a precise sum of money, no more than necessary.
Profit will be made along with startup success. If it fail, we don't make money, nothing new here.

PS : ResistantFund is not an altcoin, it's the name of my company. I will not ask you any money for that company, I have to prove this business work and gain trust.
anyway this is sub forum for Announcements altcoin Roll Eyes

There will be altcoins in the form of ERC20 tokens (held on ETH blockchain), this is a pre-announcement.

Right now I am registering my company with an associate
Which country will your company be registered in, and which official government website will its registration details be on?
I am partnership with a pro that has tons of experience in fundraising/crowdfunding and is AMF accredited (SEC equivalent).
What official government website can we find the details of your partner's AMF accreditation on? What is his name and where are his contact details?

Netherlands.

My partner will not use his previous company to do cryptocurrency fundraising, that's why we are creating a new one together in the Netherlands.
His accreditation number is 15003385, you can find it on https://www.orias.fr/web/guest/intermediaryDetails
And here : https://kaalisi.mipise.com/en/menu_item_pages/informations-legales

Take this as a proof of experience. The AMF do not give accreditation for cryptocurrency (yet).

Interesting, but we need a real proof.

So pretty much your going to flood the market with a bunch more shitcoins with very specific purposes of funding start up companies around the world ?
if 60% of startups fail these days, 60% of your coins are gonna be shit coins dead on yobit. . thanks for your contribution to crypto .

Right now only two startups, some other are interested but nothing definitive.
When I'll own enough capital, I'll invest myself directly so I'll not need other investors.
It's true most startup fail, that's why we chose startups that are already doing well.
You'll get all our criteria of selection, it's not about raising fund for any startup, only very few carefully chosen ones.

you'd better show some evidence for what you said

Yes that's the idea behind the project : do a professional due diligence and selection of startups and keep investors updated.

Did you hear about Lykke exchange platform ? It might interest you, it's a 0 fee trading exchange platform, might be useful for money-rasing operations, still in early days though.
