I woke up thinking about a couple things. What do you all think of doing a small pre-mine to pay for things like getting added to an exchange or other service? What do you think of doing a ninja launch instead? I am just looking for opinions here. Thanks.

Still to be determined how long the POW phase will be and the POS rates. I am leaning towards shortish POW and low to moderate POS. Nothing crazy like.

I guess if it's a coin for miners I can't help but be into it.
x11 that shit, make it short PoW with high block reward/low total supply, and keep a great featurelist tightly under wraps, to be revealed only in the final blocks of PoW.

I can understand X11 it's very available and efficient. But why short PoW?
Short PoW creates excitement around those late to the party. It does risk early miners dumping but if you can get a fun involvement engine going (like WTF or NOPE did) you can create enough post-PoW buy support to smooth out distribution from miners to those wanting to hold.
UTIL did this really well. (though it was also pumped by a group)
Don't make the pow to short. It doesn't have to be years and years but make it more than a week. Otherwise how could it truly be for miners?
At least a month but more like 6 months to a year or 2. Maybe you can incorporate a balance between what he said UTIL did and what Doge did. Seems like mining for a week or a couple of days will only produce a limited amount of coins to either be pumped and dumped or held and staked. Not sure if merchants will really want to onboard and accept it. And miners will be gone once pow is over.
