And as you said, you already invested millions of dollars in oil & gas fields.
Can you give us links/articles of those projects?
If you can't give us, then, there's high probability that you will scam people here.
Using such industry that needs huge capital of investment is not how you presented even in this ANN thread.
A company like this has so much talented people in the team that can provide us reliable information and good visualization of the project.
