dubai is one of the most interesting destinations in the world, I'm very interested in your mission, it's promising, but it needs more information from this project, like roadmap, team, and more information about ICO

Also the reason for the pre sale was not just for the raise of initial early stage investment, it was also to involve the expertise of the community in the areas of development and marketing as in the first post, so as this information is coming quite early, it's more about getting some early adopters on board.  But I just want to put people's minds at rest that definitely more information is coming shortly and I hope it's a project of real benefit and interest to the next wave of blockchain startups and investors 

Our team's background previously was within start up expansion and venture capital so over the last few months we have been expanding our team both in Dubai and internationally, and working to ensure that we have the right breadth of knowledge in the financial applications of blockchain, regtech and platform and token development

More of that information will all be contained in the white paper - which will be available within the next few days and posted on the website.  We are using escrow for all the pre sale and pre ICO investments yes and working with an experienced escrow agent for that.

I browsed all stuff which is available on your website but nothing mentioned about the team members profile can you explain who are developing this platform. Any escrow for security of investors with current model of investment it looking very risky you have any plan to provide this?

So at the moment we already work with small companies and start ups and bring them out to the Middle East.  We help them raise financing, find incubators and accelerators to work from etc and support them with their growth.  Dubai in particular has a huge focus on blockchain at the moment as they have the goal of having all relevant operations on blockchain by 2020.  So there are great opportunities here for companies like that to come out and operate in the space, hence why we started looking to help these types of companies in particular.  We want to make it easier for them and provide support and investment but also help them fit within the regulatory changes that will be coming up in the area.

By putting our own fund on blockchain the reason behind that is to make the financial information behind VC investing more transparent - there's a few funds in the US just now doing successful raises through crypto but we want to take it one step further and develop a community token for the start ups and the blockchain start up community in Dubai.  We intend to be able to support and invest in the next wave of start ups but at the same time have increased opportunities for the individual token owners to be able to also invest their tokens in the pool of start ups that we have coming through.  Gaining wider audience for the pipeline, helping them gain momentum and raise the right level of investing and also making sure that anything they are building is likely to be in line with any potential regulation changes over the next few years in the region.

Hey - no absolutely you're entitled to your opinion and that's one reason for getting the project out so early - to try and build a good relationship with the community as it was mostly tech companies that we were working with before and the crypto and blockchain space is slightly different.  Spotting scams is important and I myself am working with several key people to ensure that the content and documentation we are putting out for the white paper, and the way we run the ICO is in line with the developing industry standards coming out of Switzerland and the US

It's hard to be able to put your mind at rest more than that at this stage but I would appreciate if you follow the thread as we release more information and keep in touch as I would be happy to address any concerns.  Re the website we are originally UK based so the spelling mistakes may be due to UK spelling but ill go have a look just now and double check.  Like I posted above though this is the site for our consulting company so we are developing the updated one as we speak. 

as for sounding like a friendly woman I'm afraid I will just need to take the hit on that one as that's exactly what I am - but don't worry I'm sure a few more months in the crypto forums and I'll be more miserable ;-)

Hi - I hate to call people out like this, but your website is new. It is 4 months old and has a bunch of spelling errors. Just does not seem legit to me. Again, I hate to be that guy, but using a friendly women (and or a friendly women's tone of writing) is typical of scams. Just my observations.

Hey thanks for the feedback and you're totally right -  that's the website for our current company which is a consulting company that's been working helping businesses expand to the Middle East.  It totally needs work but we have been focusing on the launch of the new website which will tie in with the new Rock Ventures platform.  This is always the risk of exposing the idea to the community too early, but that's exactly why we wanted to offer a large discount to try and get some keen early adopters on side.  We did this with the local Dubai community first and have great interaction with the groups here and are now just expanding this wider.

Hope that helps, please keep an eye on all the updates and don't worry by the time we officially launch our pre-ICO on the 1st October and the ICO on the 15th October I promise the website will be much better ;-)

What we do have already though is a pipeline of international companies that are looking to come to Dubai that we know this fund can be useful for and help them make the next stage, so we definitely need to do a better job of getting that across,

Morning all - we are publishing our White Paper this weekend in advance of our upcoming ICO and in line with our continued marketing and platform development.  I was thinking of offering some early links to people who might be interested in giving me some feedback, guidance and opinions on what you think of what's included, what could be explained or covered better and generally how helpful it is in giving you an overview of the company

As it's a fund we are setting the maximum number of tokens at 100,000,000 with a $1 USD valuation, but the minimum raise we are looking for in the ICO will be $5mill.  This will allow us to build a start up buffer of funds to welcome our first few pipeline projects to Dubai and also provide a venture capital fund with which to invest in other opportunities.  By buying the token our pool of investors will be able to utilise the token in the pre-sale of any of the businesses, projects and opportunities that come through our programme or that we are investing in

what is the total number of the token??
