How does this secured notes work? Will it be able to use by person or it is for organizations? Can I share for another people?

You can use it without any limitations.
To have access to SN you need access to wallet (MetaMask acc) and password you encrypted your note. In his case user get access to note. you can create password, can use one.

You can send SEC tokens to any exchange where it is listed. ETH can't be trasferrred with the application.
