You are right "the human reputation platform" is a cool phrase but doesn't really explain how it works.
I encourage you to look at the white paper for more details on how starrie rank works, and please make suggestions or highlight what's not clear.

Developers can integrate Starrie reputation system in their apps and products.

Starrie will be dual chain project.
details on the ICO will not come before September
i like they way you answered and hope you understand my reservation on your project.. only time will tell if your actually ready to make a step forward or just blowing wind.
personally i would prefer a nice coin working the way it should and a dev dedicated to keeping it valid!

Yes, it is under construction. We had to rush it a bit, cause we are participating in a startup contest. This quick landing will make the job for now.
What's not normal is that you should see an image front and center (with the Starrie logo) and icons linking to our social accounts.
Please DM and we can try to quickly fix that if is the case

it will not be this coin to change the world or even crypto, if even at the very start .. there is missing alot of info and direction.

You are right, the Whitepaper is missing a lot of info, but I'm here because I want to discuss and make that document better.
Also, I would love to hear from you what direction you think it should take.
Of course, it's perfectly normal to be skeptic, I would be the same.
