We need an "ICO" for THE coin! man you don't need anything, just some vague plan which contains all the buzz words. And a "white paper" copying here and there the buzz paragraphs. Then an ICO! IP based hash restriction (very low, so we can mine with phones) + deflation (the more your node is offline the more coins are gone, 0 if it always on). No premine or 1% the most.
Do that and you'll make perfect distribution.

All clients should have same "root"
Maybe it could be done using zerocoin feature to spread the info, if it would be possible you would need a second hash function to spread secure info.
