Not yet. Most IPOs haven't had too many investors unless they're really innovative coins. Past that, there are just too many of them for everyone to keep jumping on them, especially when there's nothing new coming (x13 isn't much different than x11, is it?).

The best thing to do is wait until it's almost over (the IPO period) and then see how much has been put in. The calculation is given on the first post: YourBTC/TotalBTC*2 million.

I say if you're gonna make a scam coin, be upfront about it. If you want it to be accessible to the people in the Workers' Paradise of North Korea, you'll need an algorithm that can be hashed using fingers and toes. Now that would be innovative!
