You accept escrows?

I am not sure how that would work but we are open to it,
but then again if we don't receive the funds during the initial funding period then that wouldn't really work because we can't release the coins until launch (as that is when we will know how big the funding pool is)

Does this mean only investors are rewarded and whoever comes on board later will want the coin for ??what??

Nope, it means the earliest investors are rewarded the most, and after the launch we anticipate the price to further increase (especially as we start be listed on major exchanges).

We think our concept of a coin is a superior to all Nxt alternatives right now because we are actually doing a complete mass distribution where virtually all of the coins will be released to the public (and thus pre-launch investors get rewarded very well)

So this is a regulated currency in the broad term yes

The whole premise of your idea is fundamentally ridiculous. So, all the coins are premined and must be bought by bitcoin 'investments' or with real money later on. Those investments would only ever pay off if a lot of people decided to start using the coin. However, why in the world would they do that? Bitcoin, litecoin, etc. already allows pseodo-anonymous transactions. Other coins are already a lot more established and accepted in real stores. There isn't any mining for new people to get involved and give it a try. Your coin offers nothing new or innovative. Nothing. Any yet, you expect people to invest bitcoins (that are already proven to be useful), or down the road real money. You cryptocoin that offers no new features, no real new benefits and overall nothing to entice people to go through the hassle of adopting and using it when there are already much better alternatives out. Good luck, you'll need it.

Haha why are you attacking us instead of the 300x other generic scrypt coins coming to market every day? And I beg to differ- greatly- first of all our coin is one of the first Nxt coin derivatives- which we believe will lead the way in the future especially when people start demanding instant transactions rather than waiting minutes every time they want something done- not to mention all the new features coming out which we can implement.

Further, our distribution is awesome for the masses- no other coin has allowed itself to be distributed as widely and freely as we are.

Indeed our offering is much like a stock IPO with the earliest investors getting the best prices, then everyone later getting less, until finally it's released to the market(upon which it often rockets up once it becomes publicly traded).

-No inflation. Most coins are faced with an increasing supply and thus constant downward pressure on their price, not with us— our supply is fixed from the start, much like the fixed supply of physical gold and silver.

Gold isn't fixed supply. Nor are coins. If you just mean you have all the coins available from the start, that's not the same thing as no inflation. It's almost the exact opposite to inflation. It's total deflation, and pricing is based entirely on speculation.

Well you're right gold isn't a fixed supply- but compared to massive inflation of fiat money its far more steady.
In regard to our coins, yes indeed there is no inflation. There is a fixed supply from the start, thus no inflation.

Yes, and you are correct that it could be deflationary, but we don't really consider this a bad thing- we want people to want our coins- and for our coins to appreciate in value(thus rewarding our investors)- in this way it is similar to gold and silver and other precious metals (and even Bitcoin itself)

Discussing with our team leaders we have decided to reduce the development fund to 1%, thus 99% of coins will be released to investors with just 1% held for development

10% premine? Now that's a gooooooooood joke m8...  Grin Grin Grin Grin Kiss

Read the section above in regard to that. We thought about doing a smaller development fund but would you prefer that we run out of funds and progress on the coin stop? Or that we have enough to implement new industry advances quickly? Think about which option would have a greater positive impact on your coin.
Plus it is not so different than Mastercoin and other coins that have healthy development funds(which most people are happy about).

a coin don't need a dev to have success

a coin with premine higher than 1% don't have a community to get support

a coin without community = dev without success

edit: if by popular demand people prefer a smaller development fund, then that's fine- but it can obviously effect long-term development ability
