Cmon, give the Dev a break, this should be a supporting community not a slaughter warehouse, sure this coin is new and have it's source based on other coin so what, at least he's trying to make his own improvements, time will tell if it's good and we will know it, most of you are saying useless, crap, shitcoin, be respectful people, I want to see you/read you again in two maybe three weeks by the time when coin should tell if it's alive or dead maybe confirming what you predicted or the total opposite.

I'll keep an eye on this coin and see how it goes.

talking about HIRO, in my particular opinion, the vote system could be integrated to Limecoin easily as other Hiro functions, but is not something that i would like to see in Limecoin, im looking for simplicity, that can be used by anyone ( although it is not complicated for the average user of this forum for ordinary people, it is),lets  consider Limecoin a Minimalistic style, we are looking for something Simple, functional, stable and secure but also Fresh and clean in terms of concept.

But you do nothing that like HIRO does, maybe darksend but that's it. Maybe you guys could be the first coin x11 that has a POS rate? Maybe a marketplace/exchange on launch? That kind of thing is what gets people interested, past the first couple hundred low difficulty then dump blocks.

Yeah I completely agree with you, but the market doesn't needed to be flooded with 100% premine IPO P&D market manipulator scams. Right now all of it's on scrypt, but I doubt it will stay there as I'd imagine that scrypt ASICS could 51% hardfork/doublespend the newer, lesser hash rate networks.

I think we must support new alts coin because this will generate more competition, more adventages, new updates and more, this coin is using the new x11 algo, They are jumping in a new era of more secure cryptocoins, Its our Job that new coins get strength and make them grow.

The goal is to achieve an optimal development of Limecoin using premining resources ( which will be transparent ) to actually hire more developers , which is not bad, on the contrary, we are  thinking about the growth of the currency in the short term, which brings direct benefits to you .

The CriptoCoins are failing to challenge  Bitcoin not for the lack of functions or code ,in fact  there are some that even have better code than bitcoin , the main problem is a bad marketing and a  poor positioning in the crypto world.

Right now is not about who has the biggest penis and has the best codes , its about who can grow in the currency market , and that is where Limecoin -Project  get in.

We could grow this project quickly and make it competitive in the current market and even grow the market for crypto currencies, making it easier  to common people  the access to the crypto world, but to achieve this, developers are required, and developers are investment.

Why should we support you and not one of the over 100 cryptocurrencies already out there?
What makes you better/smarter/brighter than the other developers?
Essentially, why should we spread ourselves EVEN THINNER by adopter yet another coin?

There are already too many cryptocurrencies out there, the market is not large enough to support all these coins.
This is why you see the price of so many alts falling.

I'm not going to bash you for trying to start a alt coin. I think you rushed getting this out, and the presentation of this coin could have been a bit better and maybe explain what differentiate this from other coins. I agree, that X11 is a good algo, especially for the summer months for gpu mining, plus asics are a round the corner. You made one good point about having too much supply of a coin can kill it's value. I hold hirocoin, and its sucks to see the value of it drop. However, I'm holding.
