If you a crypto millionaire, those are still paper gains, in any eventual crash like the 2000 internet bubble burst, it can still vanish. This token however is asset back, and for those in the know, it is structured like some sort of private equity fund. Thus KinderCoin value is likely to be more stable since it is supported and grows in tandem with the cash flow.

regarding your education project investment with blockchain, what is education you will build
Hi 3dyx, thank you for your interest.
The business is on post-school education training. After school the students will take additional classes until late in the night.
We cater to the ages of 3 to 18.
With this investment, the education business is seeking to aggressively expand since it has been running for 4 years and have been already the established number 1 in the after-school market.
It is looking to build more schools to cater to the demand, because students basically aim for Lion City Education first but when they fail to get in, they go for the 2nd best and so on.
Now they have 4 schools, and actually 2 additional schools have been built, and will be announced soon around Feburary.
Next we are also building kindergartens at the same time. The city has only 1 public kindergarten and has been so for the past 10 years. There are some small private kindergartens but they won't be able to hold their position once Lion City Education comes in.
Once we have kindergartens, we will also have lots more synergy. As students graduate from kindergarten, they move on to primary and secondary schools and will also stick with Lion City Education for their after-school trainings.
This sounds crazy, but Asians, especially Chinese parents are crazy about education!!!

I do not quite understand what that is, especially than others. What are the benefits of decentralization, unlike the usual Crowd-Funding

We are upfront about this. This is not decentralised and we will not claim it is.
This is what we believe will be more mainstream coming into the future. The new next wave will be real business projects after people eventually lose faith with the many decentralised startups that are failing.
This has more the benefits of liquidity as well as giving anyone the chance to participate in business deals that only normally high net worth or large institutions has access to.
Example most private equity funds require 200k or more and requires you to stay locked in for 5 to 10 years or until the project is finalised.
Kindercoin however by becoming tokenised, it is taking a brave pioneering step, to allow full liquidity as we will list the coin in exchange. Also every investor can have equal rights to participate regardless of size as minimum is 0.1 ether.
We don’t want anyone to be left out.
In a way we are revolutionary and against centralised institutions so we want to skip the traditional way of using banks to raise funds and let them earn huge fees. We keep it simple keep it efficient and create win-win situations with every investor.
